Absolutely horrible company. We order iPad in December. It was telling 2-3 delivery days. It should be Christmas gift. After we paid with visa at once message chaged to 3 weeks delivery. No iPad after 3 weeks. We sent them email, answer back- we need to wait another week or two… 6 weeks after no iPad. We asked to get money back, we got message that our address is wrong. Our adress is correct! Another week, no delivery and now after several emails trying to get our Ipad or money back we got message that we have to pay 38€ to send product back to get money back? What kind of cheating is this? Product was never delivery to us, nobody even called us with delivery or contact in any way, and now they are asking to get even more money from us? We will find a place to complain about companies cheating customers in Spain to get money back.
