They have inexpensive rates, but you better hope you don't get in an accident. I did finally, and found they are barely an insurance company at all. Many body shops won't work with them and now I know why. They have spent nearly 30 days reviewing my claim. That whole time I had to pay for a rental car.
Tip for consumers:
Go with someone else. They have wacky commercials, but the company seems to be run just as ridiculously.

As a contractor, we are all forced to use Home Depot from time to time. I get better customer service at the dump. They never have all of what you need, sell things that aren't even compliant, and missing the basics that each trade requires. And then if you think you are using Homedepot.com to save time, you are poorly mistaken. The site is constructed as poorly as this company is managed. The only people who seem to like these stores are the thieves that rob them blind.
