Received my order within a reasonable period. One of the items in the box was not the same to the one I initially ordered. Banggood quickly solved the problem by sending the correct item while I could keep the wrong sent - free of charge.
I told them that I would return the wrong item (its a camera) but Banggood again quickly replied to me that it was not my fault, I could keep it.
THAT'S what I call top serice! Big thumbs up Banggood - you have a new customer.
