You cannot return and get a refund for anything you buy from this website. I asked before I purchased a dress and one person said 3 day return policy, website says 30 days. I emailed same day dress arrived and I tried it on. Response was... if no problem in making of dress they don't accept returns. Every dress doesn't look good on everyone. Took a chance by ordering and learned a valuable lesson!
