“ABSOLUTELY AWFUL”

Ordered a pair of trainers for £126 and it said they would arrive 5 days later so i waited 6 days then went onto the live chat to be told that they didn't have any of them in the size i ordered and that ill be getting a refund in 3-5 days? I never had a single email telling me this? And whenever i went onto (my orders) it stated 'carriage to be confirmed'.

Never purchase from here!

Also their livechat is broken as every message gets sent twice from the customer and employee

“I had the same issue with pro direct in the US-take picture of the item and send them to pro direct customer service. Tell them you will contact the brand company (Nike adidas whatever) and they suddenly can make refunds and take returns.”

I have bought several pairs of boots from Pro Direct in the last few years. I am losing faith...
