In order to be able to download and use the different formats that are available on our service you must be a premium member. We provide our customer to try the service for $1.95 for 14 days so they can download and use all the tools and services that we have available. After the 14 trial expires the account auto-renews to the monthly subscription to the service. We provide the information of the subscription renewal before the order is process, this information is provided as well on the check out page and an email is sent to the customer containing the information of the subscription renewal. We also offer several ways to cancel the active subscription. This include by phone, live-chat and self cancellation on the page.
