“I wouldn't recommend these people to my worst enemy!”

I wouldn't recommend these people to my worst enemy! I was charged $250.00 for 2 tickets to sit in the VIP section for this show. I was given 2 tickets for $85 dollars to sit in the back of this venue. Customer service told me they upgraded my tickets. They couldn't do anything else for me! I know this venue like the back of my hand! I was downgraded to ticketes that the casino wouldn't give away! 100% satisfaction my big A**!
