I needed to cancel my account, figuring I had about a month before renewal, as I hadn't gotten the standard notices yet. I have just become disabled and am unable to work (self-employed), and therefore unable to use the software. Got charged for another year just the other day. Explained my situation, they would not budge. I changed my email in my TV account as that is the only thing I've used for years. Apparently I needed to change it in the customer portal as well (unbeknownst to me), as that is the email they use to send out reminders. Therefore I never got any. They don't care. The $650 is more important to them than a disabled person I guess. It's all black and white to them, no grey.

So now I'm stuck with a bill I will struggle to pay since I am ordered by my doctor to stop working.

Anyone looking for a simple free replacement should check out dwservice.

Very disgusted with this company and will never ever recommend them again.

I had some issues with lack of communication that caused delays in me getting the tractor. One salesperson in particular caused these issues, while the rest of the employees certainly did their best. In particular I am pleased with the finance department as well as the general manager. In the end, I am satisfied with the steps that were taken to rectify the situation. This company does take pride in doing a good job and reached out to me.
