I ordered a D&G wallet not too long ago, thinking it might be able to be shipped on time, it said 2-3 days but i just want them to reply to my email, and send me a tracking number and approximately where the order is at right now; I'm concerned about my order/money.

When a customer places the order online the item codes are entered into the system. Some items are with us and ready to ship immediately, and others we must backorder from the licensed boutiques with whom we work. This process takes about 2-3 business days (sometimes less sometimes a bit more, it varies from shop to shop).
We are expecting the delivery from the boutique. You will receive an e-mail with tracking details as soon as we ship the order.
