I ordered a front hitch mount on Feb 9th and was charged that same day. More than 3 weeks later and four phone calls to customer service all I get are vague hopes that it will go out this week or next. Sonya, who is apparently a customer service supervisor, did not return my call. When I reached her on my next call, she said " that's all the shipping department can tell me". This from a company with less than 3 dozen employees.
I wouldn't even consider ordering from AutoTruckToys again.
