For years I have purchased thru the web/Argentina. However, I have not had Argentine documentation, only from the US. So now they have implemented a face recognition system and only locals can purchase products. Then I try to close the account and request a refund of funds available at the account; yet not possible to move forward because of not have an Argentine ID. Sound discriminatory right? Yet you can not reach any human in this company in order to have an answer or cooperation. I have sent Twitter messages to the funder, and guess what...nothing.
