This was a terrible experience. I paid money to send flowers, and then the AI chatbot they used kept asking me for the recipient's phone number. I gave it to the chatbot 3 times. I finally called, and their automated system hung up on me 2 times when I pressed the button to ask about a current order. When someone picked up on the other line about NEW orders, they said my happy birthday delivery could not be sent out because the AI chatbot did not get the recipient's phone number. They then saw that they HAD received the recipient's phone number and asked me if I wanted the birthday flowers sent out the NEXT day. Garbage. I asked for a refund. Never again.
