Have placed orders in the past that arrived successfully but each time took progressively longer with less and less customer service availability until this last order made the beginning of June which I still have not received a tracking number for although they made sure to take my money immediately after ordering. The phone number is never answered and the machine is always full so good luck getting any information on your order and thus far the email has been equally useless. At this point I don't care if the order arrives or not I am so done with the headaches of dealing with such a disorganized group like bcbud.ca
