I have been trying to return dresses for more than 2 weeks! Just as other reviewers have noted, they refuse to provide return instructions. Instead, they apologize for their delayed response and try to get you to agree to apply for partial compensation under the guise that it is so expensive for the customer to return items. You will be stuck in an endless loop of excuses to avoid refunds. Their go to response is that they will respond in 2 days only to try to convince you to keep the dress.
