I ordered a Chinese Cattle Bone Statue... and did not hear anything from them.
They promise 24 hours service and reply within 12 hours... but they don't.
It's pure cheating... and after a couple of times phoning their service call center in the USA... I got contact with Sunny Wong... it took some time for her to realize she was presenting China-Cart... and told me she couldn't directly assist as she was not at her PC... but she would reply my mails directly. Finally... after hours waiting... I did file a complaint by mediation of PayPal and 2checkout.com... both did order China-Cart to resolve the problem. The day after I receive a reply from Sunny Wong... to tell that I hadn't received her email... which is incorrect... and to tell me the item I ordered was 'out of stock'... and in the mean time she offered a far inferior statue in quality, size and design. Be aware... this is cheating of the purest class! Now I expect refund... however... being me the buyer... I will always be THE LOSER in banking commissions!

A: Alibaba, AliExpress and AliPay are connected to each other and they are the ultimate version of "Alibaba and the 40 robbers" Be very careful, if you enter in whatever the part of this company, or any of their websites the risk of becoming cheated is 90%. If you will not be cheated by sellers on Alibaba, or AliExpress, finally you will be cheated by AliPay. One failed transaction can cost you easily USD 55.-. Their help lines can be better avoided, there one get only more frustrated. The answers provided are printed in advance, and the only thing you hear is that they sympathize with your concerns about their cheating. It is a large band of robbers without decency... beware for their tentacles!
