I ordered a prom gown for my daughter. The gown was too big in the chest area and my daughter didn't like the fit. I wrote to the company the next day to initiate the return process. They didn't reply to me for 5 days! Finally, on the sixth day they said it was MY mistake and that I shouldn't have ordered it in that size! We ordered it in the correct size, it was the fit that didn't work. How many dresses do you have to try on in your size when you're in a dressing room at a real store before you find one that fits? A lot! I've been wasting time replying to these idiotic e-mails from lalamira. Here is one from this morning.
"There is nothing wrong with the dress itself. It's unfair for us to take the responsibility. The return is definitely not possible. Just keep the dress and fix it or send it to your friends or resell it locally." What's wrong with the dress is that it does NOT FIT! What's wrong with your company is that you DO NOT TAKE RETURNS! Why don't they just put that at the top of their webpage!? It would save all of us a lot of frustration, wasted time, and money! I'm filing a formal complaint with my BBB, like the thousands of others before me. I'm also suing to get my money back. Moral of story: DO NOT BUY from this company, they don't take returns! I ended up purchasing a dress from Simply Dresses.
