Got a catalogue. Same deal, free shipping, pre-approved credit. Wanted to buy ONE item. The ebb site itself was non-functional and their customer service was down when I called. Just FINALLY got off the phone... they could not approve a change of my shipping address because they could not "authenticate" me. However, three of the four questions they asked were irrelevant to me... wrong spelling of my wife's name, wrong birthdate... UNBELIEVABLE. I wonder how those of you who like this company actually got to order anything!
