I Iove the idea of adoreme, but I'm not at all happy with their service.

I waited 12 business without receiving my item when I emailed them they told me to waiting till 14 days. On the 14th day I got an emailing saying my item had been shipped back due to wrong address.

My address was 100 percent correct, I have lived in the same place for 2 years and this house is over 50 years old. Also their tracking still said the item was leaving the warehouse.

I called customer care to cancel my VIP and ask for a refund on my purchase.

I was advised that they cancelled the VIP and put through a refund request.

I was advised I would receive an email confirmation. I have not receive this.

My account still says VIP active and I haven't received my refund.

I really thought this was going to be a great experience and now I'm fighting with the company just to get out of the membership and get my refund

Update!
I received a partial credit back for my purchase minus a $5.95 restocking fee for an item I never saw. This company is Corrupt, please avoid at all cost

Regarding shipping, we deeply apologize for the inconvenience and hope you understand that occasionally a shipment may be delayed or returned to sender due to circumstances beyond our control. That being said, as the package was returned unopened, we are more than happy to refund the restocking fee to your cc. We have refunded $5.95 and the amount will be available in your account in 1-3 business days.

That being said, customers are free to unsubscribe online at any time, except if they are enrolled in payment vacation or if their order is processing/in transit.
