I ordered 2 blue harnesses from these guys. Received them relatively quick for standard shipping, but they sent me one blue one and one black one. So I exchange the black one for a blue one and they send me another black harness! Won't give me any type of discount and there "overnight shipping" is 4 day shipping. I guess we will see if they send the correct color after the weekend is up. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

We appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review. We are very sorry to hear that there was a mix up in the harness colors. I took a look into this for you and show that we have double checked our inventory on this part so it should be correct when you receive the new one. Also, your replacement order was processed 9/14/23 after the next day cut off so unfortunately it couldn't ship out until 9/15/2023. We, unfortunately, cannot guarantee delivery over the weekend. However, we understand the frustrations on this order. I am going to be emailing you a gift card which you should receive within the next 24 hours. Again, we apologize for the issues and I will also forward your comments to upper management for further investigation. Thank you for your time.
