I have been buying from Banggood since Nov. 2012 And have only had three issues in that time. All these issues were promptly resolved in a quick and pleasant manner. I have had contact with different members of Banggood service staff and not one of them could be faulted in any way. When asked for photos of the problem i promptly provided them.
My recent contact was with Michell and the service was beyond my expectations.
I give Banggood top marks for all round top goods and service.
