I used to buy great stuff at Sierra but, based on my last purchase, I see nothing to like about this company and will never buy from them again. I ordered two pair of slippers. Both were clearly returns, scuffed and one pair had slightly dirty soles. I'd return them but the outrageous charge for returns makes it not worthwhile. I don't even understand buying from this company when, with Amazon, I could have returned both without charge. I will NEVER buy from Sierra Trading Post again.
Tip for consumers:
Shop at Amazon instead. First, you're not likely to get returned or defective merchandise. Second, you won't be charged nearly $7 to return items.
Products used:
Two pair of (used) slippers, one off to goodwill due to expense to return items.
