Carfax has something going here! Got all these dealerships and everyday people relying on accurate reporting, but they can't get their sh*t together to actually SPEAK to consumers about inaccuracy in their reports. Send an email and they might get back to you "when there is additional information regarding your case"! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!
I can 100% guarantee that the report that I have is wrong and CARFAX is doing NOTHING about it! This will cost me THOUSANDS of dollars. THOUSANDS!
Tip for consumers:
Do your own research. I don't know how private consumers can go about correcting errors, especially since CARFAX does not require the consumer to approve reports involving repairs.
