I placed an order on 01/01/15, and as of 03/8/15, I have not received my order! You cannot get a hold of anyone via email or phone. I was finally able to get a response through Facebook, but it's been a horrible customer service experience. I don't know where this company is based out of, but I know one thing for sure, I will never order from them again. I realize what I bought was not an expensive tag price, but it's the principle and I was really looking forward to this product that I ordered. Lessened learned, I'll stick with just going to the store from now on and skip this ordering from catalogs and websites.
