I purchases a dryer from a local applicance store near my house. It took 3 weeks to get cause it was backordered. Pandemic they said. It arrive the delivery person turned it on and left. We used it a few times. Clothes never felt dry. Called applicance store. They said they would send out a cerified technician. He took 10 days to come to my house only to tell me it needed a new gas valve and he would have to order it. I am now on 4 weeks with NO dryer. Poor products, poor customer service, poor technical support. I will never buy another GE product as long as i am alive. IF i could give them a negative (* star) i would. How do you see me something for over $700 dollars and not care. I had to work over 40 hours of my life to pay for a piece of junk!
