Signed up for the "free" 10 day trial. Sent a test fax and was charged $10. Apparently they have a spend down thing where they automatically charge your card a minimum of $10 when you fax to cover any overages you may have at the end of the month. This was day 2 of free 10 day trial at the charge appeared... so I called to cancel... have to cancel by chat recording said. Took me 20 minutes to cancel on chat because of all the upselling they tried to do. Ugh..

This is not the impression we wanted to you to have of the service. We do not currently offer a 10 day trial but do offer a 14 day free trial of our eFax "Plus" plan consisting of a set number of pages or billed duration pages per cycle as indicated in the customer agreement.
