My original degree was destroyed in a fire so I thought this would be a cheap option to get a replica made, but I was wrong!

I made complaints and they threatened me with the following but little do they know that I am an alumnus of the University of Melbourne:

"We have received your e-mail and the customer in question was notifiedthat this company provides (NOVELTY) items in which the customer wantedthis company to print said items in total violation of the law in whichwe would (NOT DO!). The customer did not intend to use the said itemsaccording to and in accordance with the law as we have notified thecustomer! We have found that many customers are simply trying to usethe products we sell in violation of the law and use excuses and makecomplaints. As a printing company we have a disclaimer on our web sitethat states that we will not violate the law in any shape form or mannerand is plainly in view! Our company follows the law and all Federal andState regulations regarding the printing of certain items in accordancewith and color of law! In order for anyone to assess and investigatethis matter further they must see and view what in fact the customer hastried to get this company to print as we as a company must respect theprivacy of the customer and follow the law! But we will forward all youremails, proofs, documents created by us and your billing address andcontact information to all the required organizations including theUniversity of Melbourne if there is any confusion on this matter. Wewill also monitor all forums blogs websites etc in question and if wefind this information we will take the appropriate action immediately. Officials from the University of Melbourne have already contacted us soit is just a matter of forwarding your order details and the emails youhave sent to us.If we hear from you again, we will also hand over your full detailsincluding your billing address and employment details to the twoattorneys from Melbourne and Sydney who have contacted us regularly withregards to individuals who purchase documents from our website thatreside in your state. Sincerely, Customer Service, Diploma Center"

I also sent them contact details of the Australian Federal Police, the University of Melbourne and a picture of my original degree before it was damaged.
