I put my order in payment didn't go through I called the first guy sounded like a robot &hung up 2nd guy(Indian)was going to take my order bc he had all my information from where it didn't go through &when I asked if he knew how long it would take to arrive he hung up,he didn't bother calling back.I did run my card again &it worked.I thought I was getting A fraud co.So was&still am a little worried

I always bought LLBean! When the old man ran his business he cared ab it.He's now passed on&whomever took over wants the money but doesn't want to give us the quality.The foot wear is being made *******@the world now&is being cheaply made. Bought a pair of slippers wore them twice&the bottom fell out. Made in China! I was willing to pay more for their footwear bc it was good quality that lasted, no more! Ive tried 5times&Thats the last of them getting my money! Oh&no 1/2 sizes now! If I wanted junk footwear I can go to Walmart ty.

Kind of expensive

I ordered over $200.00 worth of items.On the first page that came up after signing in it gave me a code 4 free shipping if I spent over $135.00.So i went 2 check out&it said i couldn't use it.So I called the co., A fella took my order & said "let me check into this 4 u"He comes bac on after making me wait 4 minutes&said oh that is 4 new customers. I said well it didn't say that so how about this 10% off.no, same thing. I told him I was getting ripped off on the price&they weren't going 2 rip me off after enticing us in & pull a fast one., so forget it, I don't want the things. I went on ebay got all the same things probably saved $100.00.No more from this rip off co.!

If U C any good reviews on here about this co.&their parent co. It is the folks working for them! They go by many names. Why? A good co. Doesn't have to do that. I tell U they R A scam.
