Terrible, terrible experience! There is no contact number on there site so when you have questions you have to chat online and they cancel the chats! Bad service, buyer be ware! They don't do what they say they do!

The reason you couldn't locate a phone number is because we don't have a traditional call center. As an online retailer our agents are all on Live Chat throughout the day and are able to assist multiple customers at a time, which cannot be done over the phone. This also allows us to give immediate help to our members while a flash sale is going on, so that they don't lose out on an item.
