I ordered a dress for my daughter on their website using my credit card. The order form webpage clearly stated that my card would NOT be charged until the order was processed. The next morning, I rec'd a call from the company to tell me the dress was NOT available in the size we needed. I asked to cancel the order which they did. I then found out that they DID put a funds hold on my account (even though they did not have a dress to send me)... and several days later... the hold was still on my account... keeping me from being able to purchase another dress. It amazes me that they were able to charge my card "immediately"... but somehow it will take days to credit my account back. Will NEVER do business with this company again!

However, holds and credits are handled by the bank that provides your credit card. We do our best to inform every customer that it takes 1-10 days for any credit to be put back on your card, depending on your bank.
