I place an order for 2 tops and 1 sweater on 10/13/15. I received the tops in about 4 weeks. The quality was decent for the price they charged. As of today 11/16/2015 I am still waiting for the sweater. I submitted a dispute with Paypal, to be continued.

After I wrote a bad review c/s replied to me and said the item that took forever to get was on backorder. Sorry Shein my mistake. BTW the blouse is very cute can't wait for the weather to cool down so I can wear it.
