I bought an item that I unfortunately had to return, which I did promptly. It has been 3 weeks since they signed for the package, and I still do not have a refund. I have called twice and been advised that it can take up to 28 BUSINESS DAYS for a refund. Seriously? I've never heard of such an inefficient process in my entire life. The EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE in this regard, will keep me shopping elsewhere going forward. I will NEVER order from poolproducts.com again, because of this experience.
