I ordered a sweater. Didn't receive a confirmation. Now they claim that they can't find the order, but they sure took the money from my credit card pretty quick. Payment came out Jan 13th, still no sweater but 10 emails back and forth with them stating that they can't find the order. Just give me my money back then!
