“I've been waiting for more than 2 weeks for unlocking iphone 5s”

. when i tried to unlock it didn't go through.
I complained and they said

Hi,
We apologize for the delays
Unfortunately we have been informed that the process will require a bit more time before it is available
The results should be ready within the next 3 business days
We have requested a rush for this
Sorry for the wait

And after 4 business days, i asked to cancel my order.
And next day, they canceled it.
