I order two personalized books for my sons nd nephew. One got damaged in transit it was bent to fit into my mailbox and that caused 2 rips in the back cover. I emailed Dinkleboo and even though the damage was in no way their fault they are still sending me a replacement at no charge. So very impressed with this level of customer service. Thanks again dinkleboo!

I ordered 5 books for my nephews and nieces and omg I'm so happy with them I would 109% recommend...
