“ABSOLUTELY a horrible insurance company”

I have 2 vehicles with Geico. I had 4 at one point and will cancel the remaining two in the next two months. Every time I try to interact with this firm I get uninformed kids online, all who are trained to smile and deliver nothing.
Every time I checked online, they failed to provide what I've asked for. TWICE over the past 3 months I found gaps in the coverage leaving me exposed.
Horrible horrible horrible company.
