I recently purchased a couple of products under the heading of Instant CPA Domination from the above site. They are advertised as being the latest method of making CPA Marketing work. They are in fact an old product first seen a year or two ago. When I discovered this I wrote to their support desk seeking a refund. I received a reply stating "Send me your original receipt and I will refund."
Sadly I, like almost everybody else, do not keep receipts for any length of time and delete products that haven't worked for me immediately, so was unable to send.
The owner of this business Vivek Narayan, aka Wright Thomas, aka Thomas Wright, aka Tom Wright and I'm sure there are many more aka's which I haven't found, then deemed he had won his point and started sending abusive emails accusing me of being a common thief.
Please note at no time did he deny that he was selling old, failed material and dressing it up as new. The fact that I even knew it was old material should have been enough to warrant a refund. I did speak with PayPal about this but their warranty does not cover downloads of digital products. They could not take the matter further.
I have been buying online for some 15 years now and this transaction was by far the worst I have experienced - hence my first ever bad review (this one) is going up online. This man is a man to avoid at all costs. I've been ripped off before and I take that on the chin, but to be ripped and then abused is a whole new experience.
I am ashamed to have to give this trader even a 1-Star review but that's the lowest this site allows. Beware Vivek Narayan not only does he have no concept of customer service I doubt he can even spell it.
