I purchased an awning last year that was too long and the company would not accept a return. I did not keep the receipt, so I purchased another one just recently and it is actually too short. Last year's awning measured 16', so I ordered a 15' awning which measures 14' 2". I put the shorter one on anyway and now I'm stuck with a perfectly good 16' (which is probably considered a 17') awning.
Customer service would not accept an exchange and therefore I have an awning that I can't use.
