They charged my credit card, then sent me an email saying "There's been an error processing your request".
Still not having heard back from them on the day of the show, we rang them. They said "We'll send you your tickets in 1hr".
I waited 2hrs and called, they then said "Sorry, there are no tickets left for that show tonight".
They gave me a refund, but why charge me in the first place if you can't guarantee tickets?!
