The customer service is not helpful and is non responsive most of the time.
I did not sense any real concern for the consumer with Natasha Club,
They lead you to believe that they are working for you.
There outcome is pre determined, they acted as if there were no problem and they would fix it.
I think people should stay away from this company, you will just be frustrated when dealing with them. I tried talking to them and the man on the phone felt that I should deal with Nadia.
Really? This was the customer service person that gave me the complete run around.
Stay away from this company.

We are sorry that one of our representatives was not able to help you and redirected you to the manager in charge. Some of our operators do not have full access to confidetial information, like credit card charges, complaints, etc. We always try to deal with each and every complaint/request that come from our clients and make impartial fair decisions but the human factor cannot be excluded when dealing with such sensitive matters as dating.
