I have been dealing with Amazon Prime for about a year now. They have never let me down. Often my prime order arrives ahead of the 2 day advertised free shipping. I am not sure how they do it, but whatever the case, keep it up! I have returned 1 item in that time because I didn't like it. No questions asked. Once in a while Prime items may be slightly more expensive but I feel it is worth the little extra for peace of mind.

I have been dealing with Costco for several years. Their return policy and extended warranty in TVs can't be beat or at least hasn't been beat yet. I recommend Costco for TVs and computers. Nice to be able to "test drive" a product long enough to know it is right with no pressure.

Great price and fast shipping time. The screen was exactly as described and exactly what I needed. I got my computer up and running in five minutes and it is working perfectly. I will definitely use laptop screen in the future for any LCD screen needs I may have. For about $80 I was able to salvage a decent laptop and avoid the replacement costs.
