The interface is pretty clunky, and not at all sure why Hotel needs to CHARGE my credit card before I even arrive. The non-refundable experience is just tacky. Probably would not choose Four points if I was not in the area to attend my DAUGHTER's FUNERAL celebration.
Stayed here before, found the room nice enough, better than some, convenient, but seemed like it was not well cared for. Room service was totally absent. Really?
