Pet Mountain sent me a defective light unit with a used bulb (dark bands on ends)- neither worked. I called Pet Mountain and learned of their irritatingly inconvenient return policy. I guess I eat $60, an expensive lesson learned: NEVER ORDER FROM PET MOUNTAIN AGAIN! Shipping took super long only to be totally dissatisfied.

Defective T5 UVB Fixture and defective bulb - could not use because neither worked.
