I ordered products from Steebar for the first time and received a part of the order equaling about one third of the dollar value of my order. The most expensive item was marked as back ordered. At about a month I called to ask for an update on the status of my order. A man answered - no company name just hello. When I told him what I was calling about he asked what company I had ordered from. I told him steebar but the invoice with the couple of items they sent said clockkit ( not Klockit-they are a good company that I normally order from). He gave me a line that was because of a computer glitch. He then very rudely said 'look your item is on back order. When we get it well send it". After waiting a few more weeks I tried calling again multiple times. No answer! I emailed several times. No reply. Finally emailed don't send it, I want my money refunded. No reply. Contacted American Express and disputed the charge. A week later the order comes. I will NEVER do business with Steebar or their imitation company 'Clockkit'. (Again this Clockkit is NOT Klockit!)
