Shipping is a joke, you receive a email saying shipped when it hits their drop shippers dock. Had to log into LU website to get the tracking number (was never notified of that) so said and done it took 12 business days to receive my jacket. Item then needed to be returned because of sizing and customer service is a NIGHTMARE, lets just say I ended up eating $200 because it wasn't worth all the hoops required to jump through, get the feeling they try to make the customer give up and say screw it. They will never see a bloody cent from me again after spending well over 2k on previous goodies for my RK. Good luck if you want to tempt fate.
