Do yourself a favor and skip doing business here. We did receive the sample pack and did not cancel the membership in time to avoid the first stab of diapers. No problem, we can return them. For a full refund? No. They charged us $20 for processing. Ok no problem, I get it. Once they receive your returned package they said it will take 5 business days to receive a refund. We are at day 9, still no refund. We talked with them and was told to call our bank because the refund was processed 7 days ago. The bank is going to pursue the refund for us. Very shady operating in my opinion. Adder reading some of these reviews, I see I am not alone. We are all looking for a good deal, this AINT a good deal.
