Ordered many times for my 4 baseball teams... Had some issues in the past, but have had these issues with other vendors too... On my most recent order, I purchased a small quantity of hats for new players (to match my large quantity purchased from them in the fall)... They shipped the wrong hats (Royal blue instead of Navy)... They offered to replace the hats with the correct color, but would not expedite shipping to arrive in time, citing that the profit on this order was too small... If you are outfitting a team and run into problems, expect an lackluster response from them... Only concern is profit, not customer retention... My experience is that other vendors respond with a focus on the customer and own their mistakes... Quite the opposite from Epic...
