I am absolutely disgusted with the customer service and lack of communication. This website is an absolute scam. I ordered a shirt weeks ago and even got a confirmation email. My card was charged the amount yet when I go to the website and check my purchases, it says I have purchased nothing. I have emailed multiple times, called for the past 2 weeks and it has either been busy, or a dead end. Do not ever buy from this site.

Hi Darby! I was able to find your order history and actually see that your order was placed successfully and already has a tracking number so I'm not sure why you aren't seeing the same. I'll have one our supervisors follow up with you right away so we can learn more about what's going on.
