TB dress not only showing their worst customer services, also showing their technical inability by their response to my review. The first response dated 28 August by their customer service Miranda who ask me to delete the review on the Sitejabber and Pissedconsumer platform as they will send me address with instruction for return the dress back to them. As today 6 September, nothing being received. They make unreliable statement but come up with excuse not to make any refund on their second response dated 2 September by their customer services Irene. Why two different customer services on one case, but two contradict approaches.
It further shows their paper pattern makers are technical incompetence. They make the the bottom so narrow (32" from neck base) the circumfernce is so much smaller than the hip line). No way the dress can be pull up. Irene try to cover up their inability saying something nosense. The main purpose is just not to make any refund. I enclose all the pictures to show what they try to make irresponsible reason and cover up their mistakes. I am already a victim and sad to see if anyone suffer from their worst services ever.
