If I could I'd give them a negative 10. They fraudulently charged my credit card for personal training that I didn't order or use. I got some of my money back from doing a chargeback on my CC but the other charge was too old. Might have to take them to small claims court. Do not workout there.

Not only do they charge you a $150 change fee to change your ticket they charge a $150 change fee for each direction to refund your miles you used for seat upgrades. Lame policy that I'm sure is hidden somewhere deep on the 25th page of the rules but that's BS.

I recently had a gift card for $25 and bought a YSL tie that was 70% off. The tie is great and came quickly, but the shipping that they charge makes it not as great of a deal. Probably as good of a deal as driving to a discount clothes store and buying the same tie.
