I have received no help from you, or your seller. I purchased an item that doesn't work, and the seller refuses to respect the warranty, and you jus say "We are here to help you" but do nothing. You can write all of the phony canned service quotes that you want to. But it doesn't replace my product that does not work.

Still no reply from this company about the item that I bought; you know the one that doesn't work, the one that I bought in Oct 2015, and it quit working in Dec 0f *******
